Cassandra began her journey as most of you did … as a home-based business. With her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and many years of experience in a variety of industries, she began to pursue her dream of being a business owner.
After several years, the business had outgrown her home office. In February of 2021, Cassandra rented her first office at 204 E. Enos Drive in Santa Maria, CA and hired her first employee.
Her second employee was hired in short succession and they, under Cassandra’s leadership began to grow the business.
Before long, they outgrew their little office, moved into a larger one and Cassandra hired her third employee. With a focus on providing the support that small businesses need and rarely have internally, Cassandra and her team ensure that their clients have the freedom to pursue their dreams without having the concerns of financial record keeping.
Always available to answer questions and provide insight, the team is ever ready to serve as your back office.
Sheri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounting in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Hospitality and Construction, she is uniquely qualified in all facets of accounting including Payroll and Human Resources.
Her education includes Associates Degrees in Liberal Arts, Accounting, Information Systems and, just for fun, Administration of Justice. Sheri gravitated to Payroll because of her desire to help employees navigate the intricacies of time and attendance, understand their rights as employees and the employers rights, as well.
To enhance her knowledge, she entered the BSBA program with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Devry University. Sheri is excited to help you with you needs as a small business owner so that you can focus on growing your business.
Amber has been with the company for a while now. She first joined us to assist with the tax side of the business but quickly moved into the client accounting where she works with multiple clients to manage their bookkeeping.
Her excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, gained through her past experience as a medical assistant with Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara, adds a dimension of constancy to the team.
She can interface with your customers, employees, and vendors to ensure that expectations are met on all sides of the business. Amber is excited to work with you and your staff, in an effort to support so that you can do what you do best … follow your passion.
Alicia brings a wealth of practical experience in accounting. With more than fifteen years in the field, she has developed strong management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Alicia is proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing while applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to ensure that her client’s books are accurate and in excellent shape.
